Cancellation Policy

**Terms and Conditions – Dog Training Sessions** 1. Enrolment & Fees - Participants must register in advance and pay the full course fee before attending the first session. - Fees are non-refundable unless cancelled by the trainer. 2. Eligibility - For Puppy Classes – dog’s must be between 8 weeks and 5 months old and one week must have past since they received their second vaccinations. - For Adolescent Classes – dogs must by above 5 months old and be up to date with vaccinations and flea and worming treatments - For Home Visits dog’s must be fully vaccinated and up to date with flea and worming treatment - Owners must provide proof of vaccinations upon request. 3. Class Conduct - Owners must keep dogs on a lead unless instructed otherwise. - Owners are responsible or their dog’s behaviour and must ensure they do not disrupt the class. 4. Health & Safety - Dogs showing signs of illness, including coughing, vomiting, diarrhoea, or lethargy, should not attend class to prevent the spread of disease. - Owners must ensure their dogs are up to date on vaccinations and parasite prevention. - Communicable diseases such as canine parvovirus, kennel cough, and distemper can spread in group settings; owners acknowledge this risk by enrolling. - Owners must clean up after their dogs inside and outside the training area. 5. Liability - The trainer is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage caused by dogs or owners during the class. - Owners participate at their own risk and are liable for their dog’s actions. 6. Cancellation & Rescheduling - Owners may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days after the dae of payment. - Owners may reschedule their booking with at least one week’s notice before the class start date. (this should generally allow us to re-fill the space) - Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less notice than stated above are non-refundable. - All payments are non-refundable after 14 days of payment unless one of the reasons below applies: - The coach determines the dog is not able to cope or is unsuitable - Your dog unfortunately passes away. - The trainer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances. 7. Photography & Media - The trainer may take photos/videos for promotional purposes unless owners opt out in writing. 8. Suitability & Individual Needs - If a dog struggles to focus around other dogs, the owner should arrange a call with the trainer before booking
